About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Speaking with patients or their wards to understand their chief complaints and match them with the right specialist at BetterWay Multispeciality Ayurved
2. Assisting with appointment booking and facilitating center visits
3. Engaging with new users exploring BetterWay for chronic health issues by providing patient listening, empathetic reassurance, and validation of BetterWay\'s expertise in similar cases
4. Counseling users on the doctors, and treatment approach, and setting realistic expectations regarding benefits, possibilities, and limitations
5. Building user confidence to drive committed and compliant patient visits to BetterWay centers
6. Maintaining real-time responsiveness and immediate connection with users
7. Developing a basic understanding of common ailments and their treatment approaches
8. Engaging with users via calls, WhatsApp, and video calls

3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements
1. Should have the passion to build something from the ground up, essentially a founding team member
2. First principle problem solver with enthusiasm for technology, digital products, and healthcare
3. Your persuasive communication skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients will contribute to the success of our sales initiatives
4. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a relevant field, Or have industry exposure in the relevant field
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
