Job Description

Objective:

To promote gender equality, inclusivity, and unbiased practices across MedoPlus Services Pvt. Ltd., ensuring that workplace policies, communication, and marketing materials are free from gender bias.

Key Responsibilities

Review company policies and communication for

gender neutrality

and compliance with equality laws. Conduct

training sessions

on gender sensitivity, unconscious bias, and inclusive behavior. Audit

marketing and promotional content

to eliminate gender stereotypes and ensure balanced representation. Support the

Internal Committee (POSH)

and provide expert advice on gender-related concerns. Prepare brief

gender audit reports

and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications

Postgraduate in

Gender Studies, Sociology, HR, or Social Work

.

3-5 years' experience

in gender inclusion, diversity, or HR policy work. Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills.
