Leads the design, integration, and fine-tuning of generative AI models into products and services, ensuring scalability, ethics, and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Define architecture and design for GenAI use cases (e.g., LLMs, image generation).
Guide team in prompt engineering, model tuning, and evaluation strategies.
Integrate GenAI components into enterprise platforms and applications.
Ensure responsible use of generative models with governance and risk controls.
Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence in GenAI delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Computer Science, Master's in AI or Data Science is a plus.
Experience: 4 years
Key Competency Requirements
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of GenAI stack: Transformers, RAG, diffusion models.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, vector stores, and cloud model APIs.
Leadership & Architecture Skills:
Ability to lead full-cycle development from ideation to deployment.
Design scalable GenAI solutions aligned with business value.
Soft Skills:
