Role OverviewAs a GenAI Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven testing accelerators, intelligent agent systems, and predictive analytics to drastically reduce regression cycles and modernize QE ecosystems. This role focuses on GenAI solutioning, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and multi-chain processing (MCP) for scalable enterprise testing.

Key Responsibilities

? Architect AI accelerators for smart delta regression & predictive defect detection

? Design GenAI-driven test case generation using LLMs and agentic systems

? Build and integrate autonomous AI agents, MCP servers & orchestration pipelines

? Define AI-powered quality gates, regression SLAs & feedback loops

? Collaborate with QE, Data Science & Engineering teams for AI adoption

? Evaluate and implement GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangSmith, Flowise AI, etc.)

? Drive tool standardization, best practices & AI governance

? Provide technical leadership and mentor teams on AI-driven QE innovation

Required Expertise

Strong experience in AI-driven testing & Quality Engineering

Hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures & agentic AI systems

Experience with multi-chain processing (MCP) workflows

Solid background in test automation frameworks & QE processes

Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Tools & TechnologiesAI / ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn GenAI & LLMs: GPT-4, ChatGPT, Hugging Face, Gemini, Claude Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LangSmith, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, AgentGPT, Flowise AI Workflow Orchestration: n8n, Zapier, Airflow, Prefect CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI Languages: Python, Java, Scala, R Cloud AI: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform Analytics: Pandas, NumPy, Power BI, Tableau

Preferred

Enterprise experience with GenAI QE transformation

Proven success in regression optimization using AI

AI/ML or Architecture certifications

Security & compliance exposure in AI-enabled systems
