Experience: 15-20 Years

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 15 - 20 years of overall experience in IT industry

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related field

At least 1 - 2 years of experience in architecting and building enterprise-level generative AI (GenAI) applications

At least 3- 4 years of working experience in any of the Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS or GCP)

Industry certifications in AI / ML, GenAI and Cloud technologies

Experience in deploying LLM models in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and onpremises infrastructure along with LLM training, fine-tuning and inference life cycle

Ability to optimize LLM models for inference speed, memory efficiency, and resource utilization

Should be able to implement LangGraph-based agent workflows, prompt engineering strategies, and model evaluation frameworks

Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices for AI systems

* Knowledge about latest Industry trends and techniques in AI, GenAI and Cloud technology areas
