Experience Over 3 years of experience in designing and developing conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai, with expertise in creating chatbot and IVR flows.


Technical Skills Proficient in developing conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai, with strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining chatbot and IVR conversation flows. Skilled in debugging conversational logic and optimizing user interactions. Technically proficient in Java and JavaScript, Skilled in developing APIs with Spring Boot and building user interfaces and dashboards using React. Experienced in working with Oracle databases. Actively engaged in developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and regularly providing status updates to clients.


Good to Have Skills Conversation flow, Prompt Flow, NLP tuning, and user experience best practices. Experience with IVR testing tools such as Cyara. Understanding of prompt engineering techniques for improving responses from conversational AI models.
