Once it established itself as a leader in this industry it started making inroads into other industries such as multi family, medical clinics, dental clinics, restaurants, etc. It saw an opportunity in the underserved middle market segment since they were not able to capitalize on outsourcing, transformation of large firms Today, it has evolved into a business process outsourcing firm specializing in complex accounting for customers across diverse industries Often referred as the CFO's extended office, Our client highly qualified professionals with their acumen of industry complexities and business processes deliver measurable outcomes that assist in making informed financial decisions. With operations in U.S.A and India, our client leverages proven methodologies and niche technology platforms to deliver accurate accounting statements on time and in a highly secure environment.
An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate with 5+ years' experience in Generative AI specialist should be building GenAI LLM model driven solutions using State of the Art Models like (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), Opensource Models (llama, Mistral).
Key Competencies:
1. Must have expertise in fine tuning and training models. Must have implemented projects with expertise on Agents, Tools and RAG solutions.
2. Hands-on expertise in integrating LLMs with VectorDB like chromadb, faiss, pinecone is required.
3. Expertise in PEFT, Quantization of models is required. Experience in Tensorflow, Pytorch, Python, Hugging Face, Transformers is a must.
4. Expert in data preparation, analysis and hands, one expertise in Deep Learning model development is preferred.
5. Additional expertise in deploying models in AWS is desired but optional.
6. Skills - OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain, Transformers, Hugging Face, Python, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Vectordb(chromadb, faiss, pinecone)
7. Project experience - At least 1-2 live implementation of Generative AI driven solution implementation. Extensive experience in implementing chatbots, knowledge search and in NLP.
