Generative AI and Machine Learning Engineer (3-4 Years Experience)

Brilworks is looking for a

GenAI and Machine Learning Engineer

with

3-4 years of experience

to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions using

Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs)

such as

Llama2, ChatGPT, and other transformer-based models

.
The role focuses on building scalable, production-ready AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions

for real-world applications.
Build, fine-tune, and optimize

LLM-based models

using prompt engineering and parameter-efficient techniques.
Develop and maintain

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

.
Work with

Vector Databases

for embeddings and semantic search.
Perform

data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

.
Deploy ML and Gen AI models via

APIs and backend services

.
Monitor and improve model performance in production environments.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field

.

3-4 years of experience

in Machine Learning or AI development.Strong proficiency in

Python

and

ML frameworks

(PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Hands-on experience with

Generative AI and LLMs (Llama2, ChatGPT, Hugging Face models)

.Experience working with

Vector Databases and embeddings

.
Good understanding of

NLP, ML algorithms, and transformer architectures

.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with

LangChain, LlamaIndex

, or Gen AI orchestration frameworks.
Exposure to

cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

.
Familiarity with

MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring

.
Experience in

Agile or fast-paced development environments

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
