About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies. The role involves supporting existing mainframe applications while contributing to new-age AI-driven enhancements. Candidates should be comfortable working in hybrid mode and collaborating closely with the cross functional teams for delivery assurance.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or any equivalent technical discipline. A master's degree (MCA / M.Tech) is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using COBOL, Assembler, and PL/I. Work with IMS hierarchical databases and DB2 relational databases for both development and support. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across existing mainframe systems. Optimize system performance and ensure high reliability and stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration, solution design, and enhancements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation as per coding and quality standards. Participate actively in process reviews, status updates, and quality governance.

Pay: ?160,000.00 - ?180,000.00 per month
