Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Junior Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to lead solution design, development governance, and technical direction across multiple AI-led transformation programs.


The ideal candidate will bring a blend of architecture experience, AI engineering depth, and innovation mindset to help conceptualize, design, and deliver scalable Gen AI solutions for enterprise clients across industries such as banking, financial services, manufacturing, and retail.


Key Responsibilities


Solution Definition and Architecture


Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Gen AI and LLM-based solutions spanning data pipelines, model integration, orchestration, and deployment


Design reference architectures and reusable patterns for conversational AI, content generation, summarization, knowledge retrieval, and intelligent automation use cases


Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, and Google Vertex AI


Leadership and Delivery Governance


Lead the technical direction and governance of AI solution delivery ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, and compliance


Review and guide proof-of-concept development ensuring outcomes align with enterprise-grade solution standards


Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and application developers to translate AI concepts into deployable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions


Drive solution assurance, design reviews, and architecture compliance checks for all Gen AI engagements


Innovation and Use Case Development


Identify and define new Gen AI use cases relevant to business functions such as customer engagement, operations, and knowledge management


Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and templates to scale Gen AI adoption across clients


Contribute to internal capability building, training, and mentoring of junior developers and AI practitioners


Stakeholder Engagement


Work closely with business teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to shape AI strategy and roadmap


Present architectural proposals, ROI cases, and implementation plans to senior leadership and customers


Partner with cross-functional teams including Data, Cloud, Security, and Applications to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities
