We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and scale next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning techniques. This full-time role is based in Hyderabad and is ideal for professionals with a strong background in GenAI, Python, and ML, who are excited to work on real-world applications of cutting-edge AI technologies. You will play a key role in translating complex business problems into intelligent, production-ready AI systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) for diverse use cases such as text generation, summarization, search, recommendation, and intelligent automation.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent-based workflows.
• Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to improve model accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Integrate GenAI models into production systems using robust APIs and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model outputs, and continuously improve systems using metrics and feedback loops.
• Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for security, data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible model usage.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLM frameworks, and ML research, and apply relevant innovations to ongoing projects.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, machine learning, or AI-focused roles, with strong hands-on exposure to Generative AI.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures, and modern GenAI frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in building scalable, maintainable ML/AI codebases.
• Solid foundation in Machine Learning concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience working with real-world datasets and deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex
