Job Description

- Gen AI Engineer

Must Have:

Overall 4+ years of experience in

AI/ML solution

development, including hands-on work on at least one production-grade

Gen AI

use case.

Strong practical experience in

Gen AI solution

development, particularly in

RAG-based

or Agentic implementations for global customers.

Exposure to

Agentic AI

concepts and Knowledge of using Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or others.

Hands-on experience with open-source

LLMs

(e.g., Llama, GPT-OSS) and multimodal models.

Strong understanding of Evaluating and Refining Gen AI Solution performance.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI solution deployments.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD for Gen AI solution deployment.

Understanding of various RAG methodologies, Query Transformation, Prompt Optimization techniques.

Awareness of LLM Guardrails, Best practices in enterprise environments.
