Associate Product Manager

Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and define clear product features that align with strategic goals.


Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, full-stack development, data science, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Define and track product and project metrics to measure feature adoption, user engagement, and overall success.

Own prompt engineering efforts to fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and enhance AI outputs.

Research frequently and propose innovative AI/Agentic features and solutions to stay ahead of industry trends.

Maintain detailed product documentation, release notes, and support materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies with engineering and design teams.

Contribute to strategic planning, including product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.

Assist delivery teams with the product/accelerator deployments. Required Qualifications

Good understanding of Analytics & AI/ML fundamentals and hands-on experience working with or managing data and AI related projects.

Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and user stories.

Understanding of prompt engineering and working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.).

Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to or understanding of web/mobile development, Data Science and cloud-based architectures is a plus. Why Join Us?
