Job Title: Gen AI Developer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions with a primary focus on ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms.
Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) to build intelligent, NLP-driven applications.
Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models using large datasets to improve accuracy, performance, and language understanding.
Perform data analysis, data preprocessing, and modeling to derive insights and support AI-driven decision-making.
Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Apply best practices in MLOps for model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Stay actively engaged with the AI research community, keeping up with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI.
Continuously explore and adopt new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in the Generative AI space. Required Skills & Qualifications
4 8 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
Strong understanding of LLMs, SLMs, NLP techniques, and MLOps.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI applications.
Strong experience in data analysis, preprocessing, and model training.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
