What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a smart, detail-oriented professional to join our

Tender & GeM Operations team

. If you love managing processes, working with government portals, and ensuring compliance -- this is the role for you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and managing

tender documentation

Publishing

tender advertisements and notices

Managing

vendor relationships

and ongoing communication Uploading and maintaining

product listings on the GeM portal

Evaluating bids and

coordinating with internal teams

Ensuring

legal and compliance documentation

is complete and up to date Negotiating and

awarding contracts

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Strong

email writing skills

and attention to detail Good command of

Microsoft Excel

Excellent

communication and coordination

abilities Prior experience in

Tendering or GeM portal operations

(Mandatory)*
Background in the

IT infrastructure industry

(Preferred)*
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
