We are looking for a detail-oriented

Gemstone Inventory Manager

to handle end-to-end inventory control, ERP updates, stock accuracy, and coordination between sourcing, production, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate has strong gemstone knowledge and an ownership-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage gemstone inventory across grades, sizes, shapes, and categories. Maintain accurate records of all incoming/outgoing stones and update ERP regularly. Perform daily/weekly/monthly inventory reconciliations and ensure zero variance. Track lot-wise and location-wise stock for

SEZ/EOU units

and ensure compliance. Monitor movement of gemstones across departments (Bagging, Production, etc.). Identify mismatches between physical stock and system entries and resolve quickly. Generate MIS reports, valuation summaries, and support audits. Identify ageing, slow-moving, and high-yield items and provide insights. Coordinate closely with buying and manufacturing teams.

Skills Required:

Ownership mindset -- you improve systems, not just follow them. Strong understanding of gemstone grading, origins, treatments & calibration. Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.). Hands-on experience with ERP and batch-wise traceability.
