English Speaking.
Role - submit quotations to private companies and on online portals like GEM / ARIBA.
Make invoice on computer using BUSY software.
Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is essential.
Replying to emails and organising mailbox is part of the job role.
Manual filing of papers is important.
