Register, manage, and update company profile on the GeM portal.
Handle product listing, catalog management, and price updates on GeM.
Search, evaluate, and monitor relevant tenders daily.
Prepare all required documents for tender submissions.
Submit bids online and ensure compliance with tender terms & conditions.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, orders, contracts, and renewals.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and management teams for required inputs.
Track tender status, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely order processing.
Handle GeM grievances, queries, and communication with authorities when required.
Prepare tender MIS reports and share with management regularly.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations (mandatory).
Good understanding of government tendering processes.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF).
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
