Job Summary

We are a small startup looking for a proactive

GeM & Tender Executive

to research tenders and submit bids on GeM and other government portals, mainly in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. The role is part-time, flexible, and remote.

Responsibilities

Research open/upcoming tenders on GeM & other govt portals Prepare and submit tender documents Create/manage company GeM profile & product listings Understand technical requirements and prepare datasheets/specs Send enquiries, prepare quotations & follow up Promote company products and support client communication Build and maintain customer/vendor relationships

Skills & Experience

1-2 years experience in GeM tendering/government tenders Knowledge of Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation products Good communication & coordination skills Preferred: Sales/Tendering experience in Oil & Gas sector Technical understanding of products like: Corrosion monitoring, cathodic protection, fire & gas instruments Safety equipment, gas/flame detector services, installation & commissioning
