to manage the entire process of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders -- from identifying new opportunities to submission, documentation, and follow-up. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM portal operations and a good understanding of government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Search, monitor, and analyze tenders and bids on the
GeM portal
and other government websites.
Prepare, upload, and submit bids/tenders as per tender requirements.
Coordinate with departments for collecting required documents and approvals.
Maintain proper documentation of tender submissions and results.
Manage vendor registration, product listing, and catalogue management on GeM.
Handle bid queries, corrigendums, and correspondence with clients or authorities.
Track and follow up on tender results and purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with tender conditions and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
1-3 years
of experience in GeM tendering or e-procurement.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling)

Knowledge of
GeM Portal, eProcurement portals
, and online bidding procedures.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
