We are looking for a

GEM Tender Executive

to manage and coordinate all activities related to the

Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal & other E-tenders like CPWD, PWD

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end tender processes including registration, bidding, documentation, and follow-ups.

- Must have GEM TENDER KNOWLEDGE

- Strong knowledge of government tender procedures and documentation and uploading the products on gem portal.

- Search, identify, and analyze relevant tenders on GeM and other e-procurement platforms.

- Prepare and submit online bids, quotations, and required documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and compliance documents.

- Track tender status, updates, and ensure timely submission of bids.

- Maintain records of bids, purchase orders, and correspondence.

- Handle post-tender activities like follow-ups, clarifications, and order processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
