Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end operations of the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal

Upload products/services and manage catalog listings
Prepare, submit, and track tenders and bidson the GEM portal
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance
Monitor bid status, amendments, and order processing
Maintain records related to tenders, bids, and orders
Ensure timely responses to queries raised on the portal
Follow government procurement rules and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proper and hands-on knowledge of GEM Portal & Tender processes*

Good written and verbal communication skills*

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
