Manage end-to-end operations

on the GeM portal including product listing, catalog creation, pricing, and documentation.

Track and analyze tenders

, ensuring timely and competitive bid submissions.

Strategize and maintain L1 positioning

(Lowest Bidder) while ensuring profitability and compliance.

Ensure 100% adherence

to GeM policies, procurement norms, and documentation standards.

Coordinate with internal teams

(sales, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution and fulfillment.

Handle vendor registration, profile updates

, and product/service onboarding.

Respond to buyer queries

, manage order processing, and resolve disputes or issues on the portal.

Maintain detailed records

of bids, orders, invoices, and correspondence for audit and reporting.

Stay updated

on GeM circulars, policy changes, and procurement trends.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
