Job Title:

Tender Executive (GeM & IndiaMART)

Location: Industrial Area, Ghaziabad

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to ?18,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Experience: 1-1.5 years(Hands-on experience with GeM Portal is mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end activities on the GeM Portal, including product listing, bidding, order processing, and compliance Handle IndiaMART leads, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate follow-ups Prepare, verify, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, orders, and client communications Coordinate internally with accounts, operations, and management teams Ensure adherence to tender guidelines, documentation accuracy, and deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Married candidate preferred Candidate residing in or near Industrial Area, Ghaziabad Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks Good communication and coordination skills
