Register, manage, and update company profile and product/service catalog on the GeM portal.
Upload and update product specifications, pricing, and images as per GeM guidelines.
Search, track, and analyze government tenders and bids relevant to company products/services.
Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and online offers on the GeM portal.
Coordinate with government buyers for inquiries, order confirmations, and payments.
Maintain documentation related to tenders, bids, and contracts.
Follow up on bid status, order processing, invoice submission, and payment collection.
Ensure compliance with GeM policies and procurement procedures.
Monitor updates, circulars, and new features on the GeM portal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in GeM portal operations or tender management.
Good knowledge of GeM portal features, processes, and bidding system.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
