Identify relevant government tenders, and manage all aspects of the bidding process from start to finish.
Bid preparation:
Prepare, review, and submit technical and financial bids, ensuring all necessary documents are uploaded correctly and on time.
GeM portal operations:
Independently manage all activities on the portal, including updating the company's profile with correct product listings and certifications.
Coordination:
Liaise with government departments to respond to queries and clarify tender requirements. Work with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical, accounts) to gather necessary inputs for bids.
Tracking and follow-up:
Track the status of submitted bids and follow up on live opportunities to stay informed.
Documentation and reporting:
Maintain proper records of bids, tenders won or lost, and all correspondence. Prepare MIS reports on a daily or as-needed basis.
Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with GeM's policies and procedures.
Vendor registration:
Assist with vendor registration processes on the GeM portal and ensure company credentials are up to date.
