who will be responsible for handling all tasks related to the
Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
and supporting our
accounts department
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GeM and a solid background in accounting and compliance.
GEM Operations:
Manage the entire procurement cycle on the GeM portal including product listing, catalog management, bid participation, and order fulfillment.
Monitor new tenders/RAs and ensure timely participation.
Coordinate with government departments and respond to inquiries or bid clarifications.
Prepare and submit required documentation in accordance with GeM norms.
Maintain GeM records, reports, and dashboards.
Accounting Functions:
Maintain daily financial transactions, ledgers, and books of accounts.
Prepare invoices, handle billing and ensure timely vendor/customer payments.
Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with CA, vendors, and internal teams for finance-related tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Any Course.
Proven work experience in GeM operations and accounting (minimum 1-3 years).
Proficient in
Tally
,
MS Excel
, and basic accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
