Responsibilities
Tender Management:
Upload, track, and manage tenders on the GeM portal.
Online Inquiries:
Respond promptly to customer queries and requests received through GeM and other online platforms.
Product Understanding:
Develop a working knowledge of our microscope product range to address technical questions effectively.
Documentation:
Prepare, maintain, and update records related to bids, quotations, and contracts.
Coordination:
Liaise with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure accurate and timely responses.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to GeM guidelines, company policies, and tender submission requirements.
Required skills
Minimum 2 year of experience required.
Strong computer skills essential
Preferably with a basic technical background to understand our microscope product range.
