Job Location
Gandhinagar
The candidate will be responsible for handling
end-to-end tendering and bidding activities
on
GeM and nProcure portals
, including documentation, submission, and coordination with government departments.
Key Responsibilities
Search and analyze tenders on
GeM & nProcure portals
Prepare and submit
technical and commercial bids
Handle BOQ, ATC, compliance documents, and annexures
Upload and submit bids within deadlines
Manage
EMD, BG, and tender compliance requirements
Handle
GeM contracts, L1 acceptance, and order processing
Coordinate with clients and government departments via email and phone
Track tender status and maintain proper records
Handle clarifications, amendments, and reverse auctions when required
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in
GeM / nProcure / Government Tendering
Computer Skills:
MS Word, Excel, PDF handling
Online portal operations
Languages:
English (mandatory)
Hindi / Gujarati preferred
Preferred Skills
Good knowledge of
Government tender procedures
Experience in
Manpower / Service / Supply tenders
Strong documentation and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
