. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, bid/tender participation, order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handling complete operations of
GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal
Product/service
listing, catalog creation, and price updates
on GeM
Monitoring and
participating in bids, BOQs, and tenders
Preparing and submitting
bid documents, compliance details, and quotations
Tracking bid status, L1 results, and addressing buyer queries
Processing
orders, invoices, delivery challans, and payment reconciliation
Ensuring timely response to
RA (Reverse Auction)
and buyer communications
Coordinating with finance, logistics, and sales teams for order fulfillment
Maintaining proper records of bids, orders, payments, and correspondences
Ensuring compliance with
GeM policies, timelines, and government guidelines
Supporting audits and MIS/report preparation for management
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience in
GeM Portal handling (mandatory)
Knowledge of
government tendering, bidding, and documentation
Good understanding of
RA, BOQ, L1/L2 concepts
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation
Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience working with
IT / Services / Products
on GeM
Knowledge of
GST, invoicing, and basic compliance
Prior experience in
government sales/back-office suppor
