Manage the company's profile, catalogue, and listings on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Upload, update, and maintain product/service details, pricing, specifications, and compliance documents.
Track government tenders, bids, and reverse auctions on GeM and other procurement portals.
Prepare and submit online bids/tenders in coordination with the management.
Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certificates, and documents required for GeM.
Communicate with government buyers and departments for order processing, clarifications, and follow-ups.
Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for order execution and delivery compliance.
Generate MIS reports for management on bids submitted, orders won/lost, and payments status.
Keep updated with changes in GeM policies, circulars, and procurement rules.
