We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
GEM Executive
to manage our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the
Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
.
Upload product catalogs, service listings, and maintain pricing and stock details.
Track tenders, bids, reverse auctions, and participate actively in the bidding process.
Prepare documentation required for bids and ensure compliance with government norms.
Monitor order status, ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain records of quotations, tenders, and contracts for internal reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, operations) for smooth execution of GEM-related activities.
Stay updated on GEM policies, amendments, and ensure adherence to guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Business/Management).
1-3 years of experience
in handling GEM portal activities (freshers with strong learning ability may also apply).
Knowledge of government tendering, bidding process, and e-procurement portals.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
