We are seeking an experienced GeM Executive who has hands-on knowledge in managing tendering, bidding, and product listings on the Government e-Marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete operations on the GeM portal including product listings, catalogue updates & compliance Identify relevant government tenders and prepare necessary documentation for bidding Create, submit & monitor bids as per guidelines Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of quotations, samples, and approvals Monitor order status, delivery schedule, and payment follow-ups Maintain GeM-related MIS, pricing, and documentation records Understand policy updates and ensure company's portal compliance Handle communication with government buyers as needed

Required Skills & Competencies

Mandatory

: Practical experience in

GeM Portal operations & tender bidding

Knowledge of government procurement procedures Strong understanding of pricing strategies, product compliance & online bidding rules MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good communication skills -- English & Hindi Organized, detail-oriented & deadline-driven approach

Education

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business background preferred)

Who Will Fit Well

Someone experienced in GeM processes for technical products, preferably Industrial/Engineering domain Proactive, self-managed individual capable of multitasking Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
