Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations on
GeM Portal
(Government e-Marketplace).
Create, upload and update product listings with accurate pricing, specifications, and documents.
Search, monitor, and participate in relevant
bids/tenders
and ensure timely submission.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, quotations, and approvals.
Track bid progress, respond to buyer queries, and negotiate terms if required.
Maintain documentation related to bids, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with GeM rules, policies, and procedures.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on bid status, orders executed, and sales performance.
Communicate with government buyers through the GeM portal for follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience working on
GeM portal
(Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of bid submission, product listing, and catalog management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
