Company registration and maintenance on GeM portal
Product and service listings with correct specifications and pricing
Bid/tender participation and documentation
Order processing, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up
Addressing buyer queries and ensuring compliance with government procurement rules
Monitoring circulars and policy updates from GeM
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling GeM portal
Familiarity with government procurement processes and tax compliance
Knowledge of MS Office, Tally/Zoho/other accounting software (as applicable)
Graduate in Commerce/Business/Finance preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
