Key Responsibilities
Tender & Bid Management
Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders/bids on the GeM portal.
Prepare documentation within deadlines.`
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, technical & commercial inputs.
Track status of submitted bids and ensure timely follow-up.
Service Catalog Management
Upload and manage services catalog on the GeM portal.
Ensure pricing, and documents are updated and compliant.
Monitor competitor listings and update pricing strategy accordingly.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain and update vendor registration documents (licenses, certifications, etc.).
Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement policies.
Handle contract agreements, work orders, and payment follow-ups.
Coordination & Communication
Handle queries related to bids, orders, and payments.
Prepare regular reports on bids participated, orders received, and pending actions.
Market Research & Business Development
Identify opportunities for business expansion via GeM.
Provide inputs on pricing, new Service categories, and strategic bidding.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
