Job Summary
The
GeM Bidding Executive
will be responsible for managing the company's account on the
Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
portal, handling tenders, bids, and related back-office tasks specially manpower outaourcing bids. The ideal candidate should have good communication, documentation, and coordination skills, along with a basic understanding of online tendering or GeM processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update company profile and product listings on the
GeM portal
.
Search and analyze
tenders, bids, and product requirements
relevant to the company's offerings.
Prepare and submit
online bids
and quotations on the GeM platform.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for quotations, specifications, and documentation.
Maintain proper records of
bidding activities, purchase orders, and invoices
.
Follow up on bid results, order status, and payment tracking.
Assist management in preparing reports, data entry, and other back-office tasks.
Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
