Key Responsibilities:
Manage
product listing, bid uploading, and catalog updates
on the GeM portal.
Handle
tender searches, documentation, bid participation, and follow-ups
.
Prepare and maintain all relevant paperwork for tenders, bids, and contracts.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and government departments for order processing.
Monitor order tracking, dispatches, and invoice generation.
Maintain systematic records of bids, quotations, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with
GeM guidelines and government procurement norms
.
Assist management in preparing reports and summaries of tenders and bids.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in
GeM portal operations
and government tender management.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and documentation handling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently.
Should be a
regular, punctual, and dedicated person
with a positive attitude.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Tech preferred).
Certification or experience in
e-Procurement / GeM operations
will be an added advantage.
