We are looking for an experienced GeM Executive
who can independently manage Government e-Marketplace operations and communicate fluently in English. The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience with GeM processes.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and update product/service listings on GeM Portal.
Handle bidding, tender participation, and documentation for GeM.
Track bid status, prepare quotations, and ensure timely submissions.
Coordinate with government buyers and respond to queries professionally.
Manage order processing, invoicing, and compliance as per GeM guidelines.
Maintain records, dashboards, and reports for all GeM activities.
Monitor opportunities and identify relevant tenders for the organization.
Ensure 100% accuracy in listings, pricing, and supporting documents.
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
working on the GeM portal.
Fluent in English
(written & verbal).
Strong understanding of GeM rules, bidding formats, and documentation.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple bids and tasks independently.
Salary
up to ?40,000
based on experience.
