Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal*.
Handle tender documentation, bidding, and submissionfor NDMC, DDA, CPWD, PWD, and other government departments.
Ensure accurate uploading of products, catalog management, and pricing updateson GEM.
Monitor new tenders, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
Prepare all required pre-qualification, technical, and financial documents*.
Maintain compliance with government rules and guidelines while filing tenders.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for supporting documents.
Track tender status, follow up for clarifications, and assist in post-bid activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in GEM portal operations and government tender filing*.
Strong knowledge of NDMC, DDA, CPWD, PWD tender processes.
Excellent knowledge of documentation, e-bidding, and e-procurement portals*.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF management)*.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1-3 years of experiencein GEM portal & government tenders.
Graduate / Diploma (Commerce, Business Administration, or related preferred).
Candidate should be well-versed with government procurement processes*.
