Track bids, orders, and follow-up with internal teams and clients.
Ensure compliance with GEM guidelines and maintain relevant documentation.
Office Coordination
Perform daily office administrative tasks and support operational activities.
Handle communication between vendors, clients, and the internal team.
Maintain organized records, documents, and reports.
Quotation & Data Handling
Prepare, share, and maintain quotations for clients and tenders.
Manage basic Excel work such as data entry, formatting, sorting, and report preparation.
Keep track of inventory, pricing, and product details.
Design Support
Create simple designs for product listings, social media posts, and basic marketing material (using tools like Canva/Photoshop/CorelDraw).
Edit images, resize product photos, and create basic graphic layouts as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience with
GEM portal operations
(preferred).
Basic to intermediate
knowledge of Microsoft Excel
.
Ability to prepare and share quotations professionally.
Basic
design skills
(Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, or similar tools).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Graduation or diploma in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
