to join our team.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by identifying and securing sales opportunities through government bids and tenders on the

Government e-Marketplace (GeM)

portal. Prepare and submit all tender documents and bids in the required formats and within specified deadlines. Update and maintain the company's product catalog, including new products, specifications, and pricing on the GeM portal. Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies and officials, coordinating communications and documenting the progress of tenders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in relevant government departments. Address and resolve all GeM-related queries and issues effectively. Collaborate with other team members to gain a deeper understanding of the business and any arising issues. Handle the issuing of authorization and product approvals. Provide daily reports on project execution and progress to the Head of Department (HOD).

Candidate Profile

Must have prior experience working with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and a proven track record of handling tenders. Must be

fluent in spoken and written English

. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Work Schedule

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Every 2nd and 4th Saturday is a half-day with lunch provided by the company.

Holidays:

All Sundays and major national holidays.

Salary:

Paid between the 7th and 10th of each month (exact amount will be discussed during the interview).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
