Job Title: GeM & E-Tender Executive (Government Liaison) Only Male Candidate Prefered
Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
Salary: 25000-30000 (As per industry norms and candidate experience.)
Job Summary:
GeM & E-Tender Executive will be responsible for managing all government business activities including GeM portal operations, e-tender participation, and coordination/liaison with various government departments.
.The role combines back-office responsibilities (documentation, tendering, catalogue updates) with field activities (department visits, product promotion, and follow-ups).
Additional Responsibility: Government Department Visits
Key Responsibilities:
GeM Portal Management
Manage and update company profile and product listings on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
Track and participate in bids, reverse auctions, and direct purchases.
Prepare and upload required documentation and ensure timely submission.
Follow up on order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
Stay updated with the latest GeM policies, circulars, and compliance requirements.
E-Tender Management
Identify relevant e-tenders from state, central, PSU, and municipal procurement portals.
Prepare technical and financial bids in coordination with the internal departments.
Handle EMD/BG submission, tender uploads, and bid clarification queries.
Maintain a database of tender submissions, results, and awarded projects.
Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and production teams for smooth tender execution.
Government Department Liaison
Visit government departments, PSUs, and municipal offices to promote company products (HDPE Pipes, DWC Pipes, Water Tanks, Sanitaryware, PTMT Taps, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with procurement officials, engineers, and buyers.
Collect information on upcoming tenders, vendor registrations, and rate contracts.
Present product catalogs, technical brochures, and company profiles during meetings.
Attend vendor meets, exhibitions, and trade events organized by government agencies.
Prepare daily / weekly visit reports and submit to reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.Tech preferred).
2-5 years of experience in GeM / E-Tender operations and government liaison work.
Strong understanding of government procurement procedures.
Good communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and online tender portals.
Willingness to travel frequently for departmental visits.
