Job Description

Location- Baner, Pune

  • Drive sales of Drone solutions, STEM/EdTech products, and related electronic systems to educational institutions and government organizations.
  • Handle end-to-end GeM portal operations, including product listings, bid participation, order processing, and compliance.
  • Identify, analyze, and participate in relevant tenders for drone-based solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining defined profit margins.
  • Acquire new institutional customers and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable drone and electronic solutions.
  • Present and explain technical features and benefits of products to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and tender documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
  • Perform any other duties as required from time to time.
Requirements
  • Any Graduation
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
  • Excellent English communication and convincing skills
