Job Title

Gear Hobbing Setter cum Programmer

Roles & Responsibilities

? New Product Development in Gear Hobbing machine

? Setting and Operating gear hobbing machines

? CNC 2D Programming

? Inspection using gear measuring instruments

? Hob Maintenance

? Maintain tight tolerances and ensure gear geometry is in line

with quality standards

? Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to prevent downtime.

? Maintain documentation for setup sheets, programming logs, and

inspection reports.

Preferred Skill Set

? GD&T

? Gear Hobbing CNC Programming (Preferred Hamai CNC)

? Basic knowledge of gear metrology and inspection standards.

? Knowledge of other gear manufacturing processes.

? Gear Profile Inspection Skill

? Trouble Shooting Skills

? Experience in preventive maintenance of hobbing machines

Compensation Offered

30000/- To 35000/-
