Roles & Responsibilities

New Product Development in Gear Hobbing machine


Setting and Operating gear hobbing machines


CNC 2D Programming


Inspection using gear measuring instruments


Hob Maintenance


Maintain tight tolerances and ensure gear geometry is in line

with quality standards


Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to prevent downtime.


Maintain documentation for setup sheets, programming logs, and

inspection reports.

Preferred Skill Set

GD&T


Gear Hobbing CNC Programming (Preferred Hamai CNC)


Basic knowledge of gear metrology and inspection standards.


Knowledge of other gear manufacturing processes.


Gear Profile Inspection Skill


Trouble Shooting Skills


Experience in preventive maintenance of hobbing machines

Compensation Offered

30000/- To 35000/-
