Gear Executive
to drive apparel sales and deliver an exceptional Royal Enfield lifestyle experience. If you love motorcycles, riding culture, and interacting with customers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Apparel Sales & Store Upkeep
Ensure merchandise display follows Royal Enfield visual guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, refolding, and restocking of apparel picked by customers.
Keep the trial room neat and presentable at all times.
Update the Store Manager on stock levels, sales patterns, and replenishment needs.
Engage walk-in customers with Royal Enfield apparel and gear conversations.
Identify customer needs and recommend the right products.
Guide customers through the entire purchase journey.
Ensure accurate customer data entry as per RECODE.
Customer Satisfaction
Take complete ownership of customer satisfaction for the apparel sales process.
Candidate RequirementsEducational Qualification
Graduate / Diploma/+2
Experience
0-2 years experience.
Experience in branded apparel retail is a plus.
Profile & Interests
Passion for motorcycling and Royal Enfield culture.
Ideally rides a Royal Enfield motorcycle.
Strong interest in travel and exploration.
Sales-driven with a focus on customer experience.
