Position : GDS Ticketing & Sales Executive - B2B
- Responsibilities:
Ticketing (GDS Operations):
Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets using Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Handle fare constructions, revalidations, manual pricing, and schedule changes.
Ensure accuracy in PNR management, airline fare rules, and IATA/BSP regulations.
Manage and resolve ticketing errors, queue handling, and post-ticketing support.
Coordinate with airlines for fare audits, ADM/ACM disputes, and complex ticketing cases.
- Sales & Business Development (B2B):
Online Travel Agency)
- Coordination & Support:
Work closely with internal teams (tech, finance, customer support) for smooth ticket processing.
Provide after-sales support and assist partners with operational or service-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of all ticketing actions and sales activities.
- Qualifications
Experience with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport)
Ticket Sales and Reservations skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Fluency in English
Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, business administration, or related field is preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
