Key responsibilities and duties

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationship and coordinate with other stakeholders.
• Support the business development initiatives to win new logos.
• Manage the end-to-end Operational performance.
• Lead through transitions, identify potential process risks, establish mitigation/ control plans and monitor/ report the impact.
• Excellent understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting concepts (working knowledge on the domain preferred).
• Prepare Financial Statements and ensure compliance to internal control requirements
• Experience in preparation of Master Budget and driving budget vs actual analysis.
• Ability to forecast based on trend & assumptions and analyse past months performance.
• Preparation and reporting business metrics related to expense revenue allocation, variance & trend analysis, profit/ cost centre analysis.
• Participate in the Period Close & Consolidations activities.
• Should have excellent knowledge in General Ledger Reconciliations
• Should have exposure to Cash Management & Banking activities - Processing GL entries and bank uploads, Prepare banking reports, Cash position/ analysis and processing cash sweeps.
• Should have good knowledge on the Fixed Assets Accounting - Processing Capex, additions, transfers, disposals, Depreciation run, reconciling asset ledgers and posting adjustment entries
• Preparation of Adhoc reports based on various analysis - Product profitability, Volume price analysis etc.
• Should have a Continuous Improvement mindset to drive process improvement strategy.

To Qualify for the role, you must have:

• MBA/ACCA/M. Com
• 6+ years of work experience in Shared Services/ Global Business Services domain
• Exposure to Digital Technologies for Shared Services Environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication to work closely with top management
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Dashboarding skills
• Willing to work on Sunday to Thursday working week to align with Middle East Client requirements.
