We are seeking motivated and skilled
GDA Trainers
to provide training in healthcare and patient care assistance. The trainer will play a key role in building students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills to prepare them for employment in the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical sessions for GDA students. Train students in basic nursing, patient care, and hospital procedures. Monitor, evaluate, and mentor students to achieve training outcomes. Maintain attendance, assessments, and student records. Support placement and mobilization initiatives when required.
Eligibility:
GNM with minimum 3 years of experience
ORB.Sc. Nursing with 1 year of experience
.Preferred:
TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
