Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GDA Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in the GDA course, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The trainer will leverage their experience in nursing and teaching to deliver high-quality training sessions.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
withminimum 2 years of experience
in the healthcare sector and1 year of training experience
, OR*B.Sc. Nursing
withminimum 1 year of experience
in the healthcare sector and1 year of training experience
Certification:
TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is mandatory. Candidates withTOT certification
will be given priority.Experience:
Proven experience in training and teaching students, particularly in healthcare-related courses.Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to engage and inspire students. Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
